2a. Educational Content — First-Principles, Not Financial Advice
The educational content presented across our topics (formerly "channels") is curated and written from a first-principles, truth-maximizing perspective. We strive for authenticity, accuracy, and intellectual honesty. However:
- This is not financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Nothing in any topic, article, message, quest, flashcard, trail, or Nacho answer constitutes professional advice of any kind.
- Do your own research (DYOR). Bitcoin is a novel, volatile, and complex technology. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any claim, statistic, historical event, technical specification, or interpretation presented on the Site before acting on it.
- No warranty of accuracy. While we aim for correctness, educational content may contain errors, outdated information, oversimplifications, or subjective interpretations. Bitcoin Education Archive, its operators, contributors, and affiliates make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the content.
- No liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Bitcoin Education Archive and its operators, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury — financial, reputational, or otherwise — arising from reliance on, interpretation of, or action taken based on any educational content. You accept full responsibility for your own financial decisions and should consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction before buying, selling, holding, mining, sending, or otherwise using Bitcoin or any other asset.
- Bitcoin is volatile. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You can lose some or all of the money you put into Bitcoin. Nobody knows the future price.
- Community & third-party voices. Forum posts, replies, articles authored by other users, videos embedded from YouTube, and podcast episodes reflect the opinions of their individual authors and speakers — not the official position of Bitcoin Education Archive.
- Good-faith corrections. If you identify an error in any educational content, please contact us via the address in Section 23 so we can review and correct it. We reserve the right to revise content at any time without notice.
3. Accounts
You may create an account with a username and email, or sign in with Google, Twitter/X, GitHub, Facebook, Nostr (NIP-07), or a Lightning wallet (LNURL-auth). You can also continue as a guest. A guest session is an anonymous Firebase sign-in. Guests can look around, but rewards and posting that require a real account — including the daily spin, Say hi, Global Chat, direct messages, and sats claims — stay off until you sign in with one of the methods above. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Not impersonate others or use offensive usernames
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure
- Not create multiple accounts to exploit the points, tickets, referral, or badge systems
- Not use your account to harass, scam, or deceive other users
If you register with an email address, a verification magic link will be sent to your inbox. Nostr sign-in requires a NIP-07 compatible browser extension (Alby, nos2x). Lightning sign-in uses LNURL-auth — scan a QR code with a compatible Lightning wallet. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or deleted.
You can delete the account from Settings → Account after confirming your username. Deletion is immediate. Any sats balance and pending withdrawals are forfeited. Changing the email on an email sign-in does not reset faucet, Lightning, fingerprint, or referral limits. Every change to that email, and every change to the set of sign-in providers, pauses sats withdrawals for 72 hours. A Google, X, GitHub, or Facebook email stays with that provider.
Usernames are reserved on the server. A name must be unique, 3 to 20 characters, and may use letters, numbers, underscores, hyphens, and periods (no spaces). Names that contain HTML or profanity are rejected. Names that impersonate the site are reserved, including Nacho, admin, moderator, support, official, Satoshi, NEEDcreations, Bitcoin Quest, and system, and look-alike spellings of those names. You can change your username once a day. A name you give up stays held for you for 30 days. Your browser cannot write the username onto your account by itself.
If you browse as a guest and then sign in with a login that is new, we upgrade that same guest account so you keep your XP, username, badges, and streak. If that login already belongs to another account, the server can copy the guest's progress once instead. The copy uses a code that expires after 30 minutes, works once, and only for that guest. An account can receive one guest copy. Guest sessions older than about 7 days are not copied. Copied points count toward the daily XP cap. After a copy, the guest's points, weekly XP, monthly XP, orange tickets, and channel visits are cleared. The browser cannot set those totals.
The welcome tour is shown once. For a signed-in account we store that you have seen it. For a guest, that fact stays in this browser only. You can open the tour again from Settings or Help. The first quest records each finished step and its XP and tickets on the server. Quest XP counts toward the daily points cap and the weekly and monthly totals. When that quest asks you to talk to Nacho, we store only that a question was asked, plus its length and the time. We do not store the question text for the quest.
4. Orange Tickets, Referral Program & Nacho's Nook
- Orange Tickets are earned through daily logins (+1 ticket), the daily spin, Say hi, the shop, and verified referrals
- Each Orange Ticket also awards 5 bonus points toward your rank
- Tickets increase your chances in periodic sats giveaways and can be spent in Nacho's Nook, but they do not guarantee any prize
- When a friend signs up with your invite link and reaches Maxi rank (2,140 points), you and that friend each receive 50 Orange Tickets automatically, once. The award is written on the server. The invite link must be used within 72 hours of creating the account. The referral reward at Maxi is 50 Orange Tickets for the person who shared the link and 50 Orange Tickets for the referred account.
- A referral is paid only after the referred account is at least 7 days old, has been active on at least 3 different days, and either has a verified email or signed up with a non-email provider. Each referrer can be paid for at most 5 referrals in any 30 days.
- Self-referrals are rejected. Banned accounts, accounts that already redeemed a referral, and accounts linked by the same fingerprint, IP address, email (including an email this account used before), or Lightning address, or by a referral circle, are not paid.
- Settings includes a referral card with your personal link and a copy button. The card shows the reward described above
- Referral abuse (fake accounts, self-referrals, bots) will result in ticket forfeiture and account suspension
- Tickets have no monetary value and cannot be sold, traded, or transferred
- We reserve the right to modify the ticket and referral system at any time
4a. Nacho's Nook Shop
- Nacho's Nook is an in-app shop inside Quest Hub where signed-in, non-anonymous users may spend Orange Tickets on virtual items
- Consumable items include: Streak Freezes (protect daily login streak), Hint Tokens (eliminate a wrong answer in quizzes), Double XP (2× daily activity XP for 60 minutes from the moment you buy it; buying again adds another hour; one-time awards such as the scholar exam, badges, and onboarding are not doubled), Bonus Spins (extra daily wheel spin), and Raffle Entries
- Cosmetic items include: Profile Frame (orange glow on rank card and profile), Chat Flair (emoji badge in Global Chat), Pinned Badge, Exclusive Nacho Skin, and Second Mining Rig
- All purchases are processed server-side via atomic Firebase transactions — ticket deductions and item grants happen in a single database operation
- XP points may be converted to Orange Tickets at a rate defined in-app (subject to a daily conversion limit)
- All shop items are virtual and have no monetary value. They cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for real currency or Bitcoin
- Cosmetic items are one-time purchases per account; attempting to purchase an already-owned cosmetic is rejected server-side
- We reserve the right to change item availability, costs, or effects at any time
5. Points, Badges & Ranking
- Points are earned through site visits, reading channels, completing quests, earning badges, earning tickets, trivia, community participation, Global Chat engagement, DJ broadcasts, and tune-ins
- There are visible goal badges (including chat, DJ, discovery, trails, PVP, music, social, streaks, Nacho, marketplace, daily challenges, and prediction categories) and hidden secret badges. Badge XP is checked on the server. Every badge the server awards also adds one Satoshi's Favor point. Some badges are cosmetic and award no XP. Badges you earn are posted publicly in GGs chat with your username.
- Ranks run from Normie (0 XP) through Maxi (2,140 XP) up to Satoshi (210,000 XP)
- Leaderboard rankings are public and display your chosen username and online status. Three leaderboard periods are available: All-Time, Weekly (resets every Monday), and Monthly (resets on the 1st of each month)
- Weekly and Monthly leaderboards track XP earned during that period only; all-time XP is never reduced
- XP is awarded on the server. One daily counter, reset at 5:00 UTC, pays full XP until 500 XP that day, then half until 900 XP, then a quarter until 1,000 XP, then nothing more that day. Each tier rounds down on its own. An award that crosses a boundary is split across those rates, and a leftover fraction is not carried into the next tier. Extra XP is not saved for a later day. Quiz, trivia, chat, badges, a peer using your key, a first accepted peer request, and topic conversations share this counter. Topic-discussion messages and their Pleb Talk copies are not paid a second time by a separate per-comment grant. A change in the browser does not raise the cap. Passing the Bitcoin Scholar certification or the Bitcoin Protocol Expert certification pays +2,100 XP, not limited by the daily cap. The server credits that bonus once per certification after it grades the exam. It is not added to the day's capped total, and a second pass does not pay it again
- Topic conversations can earn XP, and that XP also counts toward the shared daily cap above. Starting a conversation earns 10 XP. A reply earns 5 XP, once, on the original post only: the Pleb Talk copy of that reply does not earn it again. When someone else replies, the person who started the conversation can earn 2 XP, up to 5 of those awards a day. Topic conversation XP is capped at 40 XP per person per day. Nacho's replies do not earn XP. Replying to your own conversation does not earn XP. A post needs at least 15 characters that are not spaces, and it cannot be a near-duplicate of your last 5 messages. A banned person does not earn it. Deleting a message doesn't refund XP, except that XP for a message deleted or removed by moderators within 10 minutes is taken back.
- Quiz quests are graded on the server. The browser sends your answers; we keep the answer key. Daily trivia can award XP through the same server award function. Trivia and quiz grading may run entirely on the server. We do not treat a score you type into the browser as final
- Engagement in Global Chat, including replies, may earn XP. There is no promise of XP for any particular message
- Attempting to manipulate points through automated tools, scripts, browser console commands, or exploits is prohibited and will be detected
- We reserve the right to reset points or remove accounts engaged in abuse
- XP/points, badges, and ranks are virtual, have no monetary value, and are non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for real currency, Bitcoin, or any asset of value.
- We are not responsible for the loss of XP, points, streaks, badges, or rank due to account actions, technical errors, policy enforcement, exploits by other users, or any other cause. Virtual items carry no guarantee of persistence.
- If you believe your points were incorrectly affected by another user's exploit or abuse, you may report it — but we do not guarantee restoration of virtual balances.
5a. Factions
- During sign-up, users may choose a faction: Cyber Hornets or Honey Badgers
- Faction choice is voluntary and can be made at any time from your profile settings
- Faction affiliation is stored on your account and is publicly visible on your profile and the leaderboard
- Factions compete on aggregate community leaderboards including the Charity donation totals
- Faction affiliation has no monetary value and confers no real-world benefit
- We reserve the right to modify or remove the faction system at any time
5b. Rewards are discretionary
- XP, Orange Tickets, badges, ranks, referral awards, and sats are rewards we choose to offer. They are not wages. There are no guaranteed earnings.
- We may change, pause, refuse, or revoke a reward, including when an account uses an exploit or more than one account to collect it.
- You must not exploit bugs, race conditions, or mistakes in the Site. Using a bug to gain points, tickets, sats, badges, or any other reward violates these Terms.
- To protect users from scams, phishing, impersonation, spam, and abuse, we may automatically scan chat, direct messages, and account activity, including with automated anti-abuse checks and bot detection. A moderator may review flagged content. We may temporarily restrict an account, or a feature such as direct messages, while that review is open. We may also suspend or delete an account that breaks these Terms.
6. Sats Rewards & In-App Balances
- In-app sats balances are reward entitlements, not stored Bitcoin. Sats shown in your account represent potential reward redemptions — we never custody, hold, or transmit actual Bitcoin on your behalf.
- We never custody user funds. No Bitcoin is held by 603BTC LLC in connection with in-app sats balances, giveaways, or quest rewards.
- Bitcoin's value is highly volatile. Any sats-denominated rewards have a USD value that may fluctuate significantly. We make no guarantees about the value of any reward at the time of redemption.
- You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from receiving, holding, or redeeming sats rewards, prizes, or giveaways. Consult a licensed tax professional in your jurisdiction.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to participate in sats giveaways, rewards, or any feature involving potential financial value. By participating, you confirm you meet the age requirement in your jurisdiction.
- Sats giveaways are periodic promotional events with no guaranteed frequency or amount. Tickets increase your chances but do not guarantee a prize.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue sats rewards, giveaways, or balances at any time.
7. PlebTalk (Community Forum)
- PlebTalk is a public discussion forum for the Bitcoin community
- Posts and replies are visible to all users
- When you start a topic conversation, that first message is posted here automatically, under your username. The forum post shows the topic name and the start of your message right away, then a short summary can replace that text. It links back to the topic thread
- Replies are mirrored both ways. A reply you type on that Pleb Talk thread is the same conversation and is copied to the topic. A reply on the topic is copied here. Your name stays on what you wrote. Ordinary Pleb Talk posts that are not part of a topic conversation are not limited by that cross-post cap
- Conversation XP is awarded once for a message, on the topic side. The mirrored copy does not award it again. Starting a conversation earns 10 XP and a reply earns 5 XP, under the limits in Section 5. If the cross-post limit is already used, your message still appears in the topic and is not added here
- Deleting a message doesn't refund XP, except that XP for a message deleted or removed by moderators within 10 minutes is taken back.
- Nacho may announce a new thread in Global Chat. That post is public, it can include your username, and it can tag your profile
- You must be signed in to post, reply, or upvote
- Posts must relate to Bitcoin, the Site, or the community
- The following content is prohibited:
- Spam, repetitive posts, or low-effort content
- Scam promotions, phishing links, or fake giveaways
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or personal attacks
- NSFW, pornographic, or violent content
- Doxxing or sharing others' personal information
- Promotion of altcoins or non-Bitcoin cryptocurrencies
- You are responsible for what you post
- We may remove posts, replies, and listings, and we may suspend or ban accounts, at any time
- Clicking a username in PlebTalk opens that user's profile
7. LightningMart (Marketplace)
- LightningMart is a peer-to-peer marketplace where users can list items for sale priced in satoshis
- Nacho may announce a new listing in Global Chat. That post is public, it can include your username, and it can tag your profile
- You must be signed in to create listings or contact sellers
- Bitcoin Education Archive does not facilitate, process, or guarantee any transactions
- All transactions are between buyers and sellers directly — we are not a party to any sale
- We do not hold funds, provide escrow, or mediate disputes
- We are not liable for any Bitcoin, satoshis, or property lost through marketplace transactions, including scams, fraud, non-delivery, misrepresentation, or disputes between users. You transact entirely at your own risk.
- Bitcoin transactions are irreversible. Once you send Bitcoin or satoshis to another user, it cannot be recovered by us under any circumstances.
- Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings
- You are responsible for your listings and for any trade you make. Check the item, the person, and the payment yourself. We do not inspect goods, hold sats in escrow, or settle disputes, and we can remove listings
- The following listings are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal items or services of any kind, including but not limited to: drugs, narcotics, controlled substances, weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, or any item whose sale violates applicable law
- Sexual services, escort services, adult content, pornography, or any sexually explicit material
- Stolen goods, property obtained through illegal means, or items with removed/altered serial numbers
- Counterfeit or knockoff items, including fake brand-name goods, forged documents, or fake currency
- Hacking tools, malware, spyware, ransomware, exploit kits, or any software designed for unauthorized access
- Personal data, account credentials, social security numbers, or any form of identity theft material
- Human trafficking, organ sales, or any listing that exploits or endangers persons
- Financial instruments, unregistered securities, investment schemes, MLM/pyramid schemes, or "guaranteed return" offers
- Money laundering, wash trading, fake transactions, or any attempt to disguise the origin of funds
- Pirated content, copyrighted material distributed without authorization, or intellectual property violations
- Altcoin, shitcoin, or non-Bitcoin cryptocurrency-related products or promotions
- Scam listings, bait-and-switch tactics, fake products, or deliberately misleading descriptions
- Hazardous materials, recalled products, or items prohibited by shipping carriers
- Any item or service that would require a government license or permit that the seller does not hold
- Violations may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities where applicable
- Uploaded images are resized to max 800px and stored as base64 in Firestore (max 5MB)
- We reserve the right to remove listings and ban sellers who violate these rules
⚠️ Marketplace Safety: Always exercise caution when buying or selling. Use escrow services when possible. Never send payment before receiving an item. Meet in public for local trades. Never share your seed phrase, private keys, or wallet credentials. Report suspicious listings.
8. Direct Messaging (DMs)
- Direct messaging is available to registered (non-anonymous) users only
- Messages are private between the sender and recipient
- Messages are stored in Firebase Firestore and are not end-to-end encrypted
- We may access messages when investigating abuse reports
- Messages are limited to 500 characters and text only (no images or media)
- A rate limit of 30 messages per hour is enforced to prevent spam
- Messages are scanned client-side for known scam patterns and suspicious links — flagged messages display a warning to the recipient
- We are not responsible for fraudulent, deceptive, or scam messages sent between users via DMs. If another user tricks you into sending Bitcoin, satoshis, or divulging sensitive information (seed phrases, private keys, wallet credentials) through direct messages, we bear no liability for any resulting loss.
- User-to-user scams are entirely between the parties involved. Bitcoin Education Archive is not a financial institution and cannot recover lost funds under any circumstances. Use extreme caution before sending Bitcoin or personal information to any other user.
- The following message content is prohibited:
- Scams, phishing attempts, or social engineering
- Solicitation of seed phrases, private keys, or wallet access
- Spam, unsolicited advertising, or chain messages
- Harassment, threats, or abusive language
- NSFW, pornographic, or violent content
- Doxxing or sharing others' personal information
- Impersonation of other users or site administrators
- You can block any user to prevent them from messaging you
- You can report users for spam, scams, harassment, inappropriate content, or impersonation
- Reporting a user automatically blocks them
- Reports are reviewed by site administrators and may result in account suspension or permanent ban
9. Bitcoin Beats (Community Music)
- Bitcoin Beats allows registered users to upload audio tracks (MP3, WAV, FLAC, OGG, AAC — max 50MB each via Firebase Storage) for other users to listen to
- You may upload up to 20 tracks at once and group them as an Album or EP with shared cover art, title, and year
- You must be signed in (non-anonymous) to upload tracks
- Uploaded tracks are publicly accessible — all users can browse, play, and like them
- Audio files are stored in Firebase Storage (large files) or as base64 data in Firestore (small files)
- Cover art images are stored in Firebase Storage and shared across tracks in an album/EP
- Some music is licensed from third parties (including Value-4-Value feeds). Those tracks are shown with credit, such as the artist, feed title, or Podcast Index. Streaming from Wavlake uses Wavlake's embedded player, so Wavlake's terms apply to that player
- You are responsible for what you upload. We may remove a track or an account. Copyright notices go to info.603btc@gmail.com under the takedown process below and our DMCA Copyright Policy
Copyright & Intellectual Property
⚠️ COPYRIGHT NOTICE: By uploading music to Bitcoin Beats, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the original creator of the music, OR
- You have obtained explicit written permission from the copyright holder to upload and distribute the music, OR
- The music is in the public domain or licensed under a Creative Commons or similar open license that permits redistribution
- Uploading copyrighted music without authorization is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms
- This includes but is not limited to: commercially released songs, remixes of copyrighted material without a license, cover versions where mechanical licenses have not been obtained, and samples of copyrighted recordings
- Bitcoin Education Archive does not pre-screen uploads and is not responsible for user-uploaded content
- Bitcoin Education Archive acts as a hosting platform and does not claim ownership of user-uploaded tracks
- By uploading, you grant Bitcoin Education Archive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, stream, and distribute your track on the platform
- You retain all ownership rights to your original content
- License revocation: You may terminate the non-exclusive, royalty-free license granted to the platform at any time by removing your content using the "Delete Track" option on your artist profile page, or by contacting us at info.603btc@gmail.com. Upon removal, all copies will be deleted from our servers within 48 hours
- No AI training: 603BTC LLC will never use any user-uploaded audio, metadata, or artist data for artificial intelligence training, machine learning model development, or any form of automated content generation. We strictly prohibit third parties from scraping, indexing, or using content hosted on Bitcoin Beats for AI/ML training purposes. Any such use is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action
Value-4-Value (V4V) License for Musicians
Music imported into Bitcoin Beats from Value-4-Value enabled sources (including Podcast Index feeds) is licensed under the Value-4-Value Master Use License.
This Value-4-Value Master Use License (“The License” or “The Agreement”) is a public use license governing the distribution, use, and monetization of Sound Recordings and Video Recordings within the Value-4-Value ecosystem (“The Valueverse”). It is issued by the Owner of a Recording upon upload to a V4V-enabled distributor and is intended to replace the silence of traditional streaming licenses with a framework that places the artist in direct economic relationship with their audience.
The Value-4-Value philosophy holds that listeners who receive value from a creator should return value in kind — directly, instantly, and without intermediary extraction. This License operationalizes that philosophy in a legally enforceable framework that protects the Owner’s rights while enabling a global ecosystem of Distributors, Applications, Value Casts, and Value Hosts to participate under clear, consistent terms.
This License is NOT a Creative Commons license, a mechanical license, a sync license, or a public performance blanket license. It is a purpose-built instrument for the V4V ecosystem, and all parties should read it accordingly.
Artists whose music appears on Bitcoin Beats via V4V feeds retain all ownership rights. Lightning splits embedded in the feed metadata are honored automatically — user zaps flow directly to each rights-holder according to their ownership percentage. If you are an artist and your music is listed here, you may claim your artist page by emailing info.603btc@gmail.com with: (1) your name and the artist/track you are claiming, (2) a link to social proof (your website, Fountain profile, Wavlake page, or similar), and (3) your Lightning address for zap payments. We will verify your identity and activate your claimed page within 48 hours.
Takedown Policy
- If you are a copyright holder and believe a track on Bitcoin Beats infringes your rights, submit a takedown request to info.603btc@gmail.com
- Your request must include: (1) a description of the copyrighted work, (2) the track title or URL, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent, and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
- We will review and remove infringing content within 48 hours of receiving a valid takedown notice
- If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with evidence of your rights to the same email
- Repeat infringers will have their accounts permanently suspended
- For full details on copyright claims including counter-notifications, see our DMCA Copyright Policy
Timechain TV & Video Content
Timechain TV is a synchronized video playback experience. 'Live' refers to our internal clock synchronization that ensures all users on a specific channel see the same content at the same time. We do not host the video files; content is embedded from YouTube, so YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy apply to the player. For the full Timechain TV terms, see the Timechain TV Terms of Service.
While you watch, the app stores a short presence heartbeat and, for signed-in users, watch time. A daily challenge may ask you to watch Timechain TV. Completing it can award XP, subject to the daily cap. Details of what we store are in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party content disclaimer. All videos shown on Timechain TV are publicly embeddable videos uploaded by independent YouTube creators. Bitcoin Education Archive does not own, host, verify, endorse, or sponsor any of the content. Views, opinions, price predictions, trading strategies, investment theses, endorsements, and statements of fact expressed in these videos are solely those of the individual speakers, hosts, and guests — not of Bitcoin Education Archive, its operators, or its affiliates.
Not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing shown on Timechain TV (including commentary from Couch Nacho and any on-screen captions, ads, or labels) constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Bitcoin is volatile and speculative; you can lose some or all of your money. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions and should consult a licensed professional before buying, selling, holding, or using Bitcoin or any other asset. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
No responsibility for accuracy or outcomes. Bitcoin Education Archive makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any content shown on Timechain TV. We are not responsible for losses, damages, or any consequences (financial or otherwise) arising from reliance on content shown on the platform. If you believe a video contains infringing or prohibited content, please contact us and we will review it.
Removal & takedowns. Videos are sourced from public YouTube embeds and may become unavailable at any time (creator deletion, privacy changes, copyright strikes, geoblocks). We periodically audit the catalog but cannot guarantee real-time removal. Good-faith takedown requests can be submitted per our DMCA Copyright Policy.
Daily watch reward. A signed-in, non-anonymous account can earn 100 XP and 1 orange ticket once per reward day for 10 credited minutes of Timechain TV. The reward day resets at 5:00 AM UTC. While you are signed in, the player is playing, and the tab is visible, the app sends a heartbeat about once a minute. The server ignores any time, day, or amount the app claims. It credits at most about one minute per heartbeat from its own clock, and it writes the credited seconds, the reward day, and whether the reward was granted on a server-only ledger tied to your account. Pausing, leaving the page, hiding the tab, or a long gap does not fill in the missing time. The live viewer count is a separate short-lived presence record, described in the Privacy Policy.

- Sexually explicit or pornographic audio

- Messages are visible to all users on the Site in real time
- Chat message counts and daily streaks are tracked locally for badge and reward purposes
- An online user counter displays how many users are currently active (seen within the last 3 minutes)
- Content rules from Section 6 (PlebTalk) apply equally to Global Chat — no spam, scams, harassment, hate speech, NSFW content, or doxxing
- We reserve the right to moderate, remove messages, and ban users who violate chat rules
- Typing @ and a username can tag that person. The tag can open their profile, and they may get an in-app notification
- Nacho may post in Global Chat, including posts that tag a username. A new PlebTalk thread or LightningMart listing can get one of those posts. GGs chat and Global Chat messages are mirrored to the public Telegram group
- Engagement in chat may earn XP. Say hi is a separate once-a-day greeting: after you arm it, a real chat message you send that day can award 50 XP and 1 Orange Ticket, if the server accepts the message. Guest accounts cannot claim it. It counts toward the daily XP cap and can be refused
- Nacho may automatically respond to questions posted in Global Chat
11a. Topic discussions
- Each educational topic has a Community discussion where signed-in users can post a comment or a question
- Comments are visible to anyone, including guests. Guests can read. Only a signed-in, non-guest account with a username can post
- Starting a conversation can award 10 XP, and a reply can award 5 XP, under the limits in Section 5. Tickets and sats are not awarded for posting
- Nacho may reply when a post is a question. Those replies are educational, can be wrong, and are not financial, investment, or legal advice
- The first post in a topic thread is also published on Pleb Talk under your username, unless that automatic cross-post has already reached its daily limit. In that case the message stays in the topic and you are told it was not cross-posted. The forum post names the topic, starts with the opening of your message, links back to the thread, and can then gain a short summary written on the server. Replies on either side are copied to the other, with your name and the server time. Copies do not award XP or tickets. Deleting a message doesn't refund XP, except that XP for a message deleted or removed by moderators within 10 minutes is taken back.
- Before you post, the composer says your message will also be posted publicly to the Pleb Talk forum
- A short, censored snippet of a new top-level post may be announced in Global Chat with a link to that comment and, when the forum thread was created, a link to the Pleb Talk post. Announcements are throttled
- You can delete your own comment. You can report someone else's comment. Moderators can hide or remove comments
- Shortened links, invite links, phone numbers, and email addresses are not allowed. Other links are removed. Hate, scams, spam, and harassment are refused
- Content rules from Section 6 (PlebTalk) and Section 19 apply to topic discussions
11. DJ Mode
- DJ Mode allows a signed-in user to broadcast music from Bitcoin Beats to Global Chat listeners
- Only one DJ can broadcast at a time; additional DJs are placed in a queue
- The DJ's currently playing track, playback position, and sound effects are shared with all listeners in real time
- DJ controls include crossfader (fade between songs), volume, sound effects (horn, airhorn, scratch, rewind, boom, applause), and Bitcoin quotes
- Bitcoin quotes spoken by the DJ are posted as system messages in Global Chat
- Sound effects are synthesized locally using the Web Audio API — no external files are used
- DJ sets and song broadcasts are tracked locally for badge and reward purposes
- DJs must only broadcast music they have the right to play — copyright responsibility for streamed content follows Section 9
- We reserve the right to end DJ sessions that violate content policies
12. Donate XP for Charity
- Signed-in, non-anonymous users may donate their unspent XP points to community charity pledges via the Charity tab in Quest Hub
- 1,000 XP donated = 1,000 satoshis pledged by Bitcoin Education Archive on behalf of the community
- Donations are non-refundable. Once XP is donated, it cannot be reversed, reclaimed, or returned under any circumstances
- Donations are not tax-deductible. Bitcoin Education Archive / 603BTC LLC is not a registered charitable organization. No tax receipts, letters, or official donation documentation will be issued
- Donating XP is not a financial transaction. No fiat currency or cryptocurrency is transferred from the user to us. The sats pledge is fulfilled manually by the operators at their discretion
- Faction affiliation (Cyber Hornets or Honey Badgers) is recorded against all donations for community leaderboard purposes, even when a user donates anonymously. Only the username is hidden for anonymous donations
- The community votes on which charities receive pledged funds. Operators reserve final discretion over charity selection and disbursement timing
- We make no guarantee regarding the timing, amount, or recipients of charity disbursements
12a. Weekly Community Challenge
- The Community Challenge is a weekly team-wide goal accessible via Quest Hub → Community tab
- All users contribute to shared progress counters (e.g., total quizzes completed by the community this week)
- When all goals are met, participants earn the ⚡ Community Hero badge and a Satoshi's Favor speed boost for the remainder of the week
- Community challenges reset weekly and are seeded by administrators
- Progress is tracked server-side and is non-manipulable from the client
13. PVP Mode (Competitive Quizzes)
- PVP Mode allows users to challenge each other in real-time Bitcoin knowledge quiz battles
- Battle results, scores, and rankings may be publicly displayed
- Users must be signed in to participate. Leaving a match on purpose is a forfeit. A disconnect does not award a win
- PvP XP counts toward the daily point cap in Section 5
- If an account is banned, that player's wins and losses are still recorded and no XP is awarded
- Cheating, using external tools during battles, or exploiting bugs is prohibited
13a. Proof of Play (Gaming Hub)
- Proof of Play is a gaming hub that includes PVP quiz battles, Timechain Arcade, Sat Arcade, Galaxy Mind, and RyRacer tabs
- Arcade games (Timechain Arcade, Sat Arcade, Galaxy Mind, RyRacer) are hosted by third-party providers — clicking a game opens it on the third-party site or in an embedded frame
- Third-party arcade games are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. Bitcoin Education Archive is not responsible for third-party game content, availability, fees, or outcomes
- Some arcade games (e.g., RyRacer, Sat Arcade) may involve real Bitcoin or satoshi payments made directly to the third-party provider. These are not transactions with Bitcoin Education Archive
- Visiting any arcade tab awards a small number of points as an engagement reward — this is non-manipulable and subject to the daily point cap in Section 5
- We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify games in the Proof of Play hub at any time
13b. Proof of Walk (Strava Integration)
- Proof of Walk allows you to connect your Strava account to earn points for real-world physical activity
- Connecting Strava is entirely voluntary. You can disconnect at any time from the Proof of Walk settings page, which immediately deletes all stored Strava data from our servers
- By connecting Strava, you authorize Bitcoin Education Archive to read your activity data (steps, distance, duration) via the Strava API for the purpose of awarding points
- Only activity data is read — we do not access your Strava followers, social graph, heart rate data, GPS route maps, or any data beyond activity metrics needed for point calculation
- Strava authentication is handled via OAuth 2.0 through a secure Cloud Function — your Strava credentials are never exposed to the client or stored on our servers
- Points awarded through Proof of Walk are subject to the same daily XP cap as other point sources (Section 5)
- Bitcoin Education Archive is not affiliated with or endorsed by Strava. Use of the Strava integration is also subject to Strava's Terms of Service
- We are not responsible for any issues arising from Strava's service availability, API changes, or account access
13c. Peers
- Peers is a mutual-follow social graph. You can send a peer request to any user from their profile
- A peer connection is established only when both users have accepted each other's request — there are no one-sided follows
- Your peer list is visible on your public profile. You can remove a peer at any time from your profile settings
- Peer connections do not grant access to private data — they are a social indicator only
- Peer requests are stored in Firebase and are subject to the same conduct rules as all other features. Sending unsolicited, harassing, or spam peer requests is prohibited
- We reserve the right to modify or remove the Peers feature at any time
13d. Gifts, Keys & Locked Ciphers
- Signed-in users may send gifts and keys to peers. Locked ciphers are virtual items. The server decides what a gift or cipher contains. The browser does not choose the reward
- Keys and ciphers are stored on your account. They have no cash value by themselves. If a reward is paid in sats, the sats rules in these Terms apply, including that we may refuse or reverse a payout
- Opening or sending these items can create an in-app notification and, for some results, a Global Chat post that may also appear on Telegram
- If you send a key and an accepted peer later opens a matching locked cipher with that key, the server rolls one prize and can pay that prize to both of you. You see an in-app reveal of that prize. The share pays once per cipher and counts as one of your 21 cipher opens that UTC day. Your copy is skipped when you are not mutual accepted peers, your account is under 3 days old, either account is banned or sats-disabled, the accounts are linked, you are already at that daily open cap, or that cipher was already shared. Sats are paid to you only when the opener also passes the normal sats claim rules: a verified email, an account at least 7 days old, and not banned or sats-disabled. If that check is missing, you are paid no sats for that open. The person who opens the cipher still receives their own prize. Daily XP taper can reduce the XP credited to you
13e. PvP & Satoshi's Favor
- PvP is a quiz battle between signed-in users. Scores and results may be shown publicly, including in Global Chat. Cheating is prohibited. Rewards follow the XP rules in Section 5, and we may decide match rewards on the server
- Satoshi's Favor is a timed hashing game. You submit hashes; the server checks them and decides any reward. Changing the page in your browser does not change the outcome. A Favor window may be announced in Global Chat and, if you opt in, by push notification
13f. Notifications, Web Push & Onboarding
- The in-app inbox stores notices for you, such as messages, mentions, tips, gifts, and rewards. Only you can read your inbox. You can mark a notice read. The app does not delete a single notice
- Web push is optional. If you allow it, we store a token for that device so Firebase Cloud Messaging can deliver a notification. Settings includes per-category controls and a switch that turns push off. You can also block notifications in your browser or device settings. Turning push off stops new pushes to that device. Category defaults can change
- New visitors may see a short onboarding guide from Nacho: pick a topic, open chat, try the daily spin, and similar steps. Finishing a step can award a small amount of XP. Your place in the guide is stored in this browser
14. User Profiles & Online Status
- Signed-in users have a public profile visible to other signed-in users
- Profiles display: username, profile picture, level, points, badges, tickets, streak, channels visited, forum posts, and join date
- Profile pictures are optional (resized to 128px JPEG, stored in Firestore)
- You may turn on an authenticator app or phone verification in Settings. You can remember a browser for 30 days after a correct authenticator code. Remembering a browser does not cover changing your Lightning Address, turning two-factor authentication off, creating new recovery codes, or deleting the account. Those ask for a fresh code. If you lose the device, a one-time recovery code gets you back in, turns that verification off, and signs out remembered devices. Support can turn it off after confirming it is you, and that action is logged. Settings lists remembered devices and can sign the others out
- Online status is tracked by default: green (active in last 5 min), yellow (15 min), or offline
- Online status updates every 60 seconds while you're on the Site
- You can disable online status in Settings → Prefs → Online Status (you will appear offline to all users)
- Your email, sign-in provider, and blocked list are never shown to other users
- You cannot opt out of having a public profile — if you do not want a profile, do not create an account
15. Blocking & Reporting
- You can block any user from their profile or from a DM conversation
- Blocked users cannot message you and you cannot message them
- Block lists are synced across devices via Firebase
- You can report users from profiles, DM windows, or marketplace listings
- Report categories: spam, scam/phishing, harassment/abuse, inappropriate content, impersonation
- False or malicious reports may result in action against the reporter
- We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate in response to reports, including removing content, suspending accounts, or permanent bans
16. Nacho (AI Mascot)
- Nacho is an AI-powered mascot that provides Bitcoin education, tips, trivia, and entertainment
- Nacho's Q&A system provides general educational information and is not financial, investment, or legal advice
- Nacho's AI answers can be wrong. They are educational entertainment, not advice, and they are not a promise that a fact, price, or app instruction is current
- When a local answer is not enough, your question is sent to a Cloudflare Worker that runs Meta Llama 3.3 70B Instruct on Cloudflare Workers AI. The model is given your question, a short recent Nacho conversation, your display name, rank, and point total, your language, whether simple-explanation mode is on, a knowledge snippet, and a short note about matching app features. A weekly summary of public posts may use a different Cloudflare-hosted Llama model. We do not put your email, Lightning address, or wallet into the prompt, and we do not use your questions to train our own models. Cloudflare processes the request under their Privacy Policy. If you are signed in, the request may also carry your Firebase sign-in token
- Live data features (price, fees, block height) are sourced from third-party APIs and may not be perfectly accurate or real-time
- Nacho includes a profanity filter; inappropriate inputs will be deflected
- Nacho's friendship levels, trivia scores, and collectible accessories (Nacho's Closet) are for entertainment purposes only
17. Giveaways
Giveaways are conducted at our discretion. Winners are selected based on Orange Ticket holdings and/or other criteria we determine. We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any giveaway. Giveaway prizes are distributed via the Bitcoin Lightning Network. You must have a valid Lightning address to receive prizes.
18. Content & Intellectual Property
The Site curates and links to third-party content. We do not claim ownership of linked articles, tweets, videos, or images — they belong to their respective creators.
The name "Bitcoin Education Archive," the Nacho character and all associated artwork, the Site design, code, branding, logos, and all original content are © 2026 603BTC LLC. All rights reserved. "Bitcoin Education Archive" is a trademark (™) of 603BTC LLC.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our trademarks, branding, or original content without prior written permission from 603BTC LLC.
By posting content on PlebTalk, LightningMart, Bitcoin Beats, or a topic discussion, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, stream, and moderate that content on the Site. You retain ownership of your content. For music uploaded to Bitcoin Beats, see the specific Copyright & Takedown Policy in Section 9.
19. Content Moderation
All user-generated content is subject to automated filtering. The following categories of content are automatically blocked across Global Chat, PlebTalk, topic discussions, DMs, usernames, and articles:
- Hate speech & discrimination — racial slurs, ethnic slurs, homophobic language, antisemitic content, and all forms of bigotry
- Sexual content — sexually explicit language, solicitation, pornographic references, and links to adult content
- Self-harm content — messages expressing intent to harm oneself. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988)
- Threats & violence — physical threats, death threats, doxxing threats, and intimidation
- Political & religious extremism — partisan political content, extremist slogans, and religious hate. This is a Bitcoin education site, not a political platform
- Personal information in public spaces — phone numbers and email addresses are blocked in Global Chat to protect user privacy. PII may be shared in private DMs with a confirmation prompt
Content filters use leet-speak normalization, multi-word phrase detection, and regex pattern matching. Blocked messages are never stored or transmitted. Attempting to circumvent content filters (e.g., using special characters, Unicode tricks, or deliberate misspellings) is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
20. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Abuse, exploit, or manipulate the points, tickets, badges, or ranking system
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Site
- Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or private messages
- Submit inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content through any input field
- Send scam, phishing, or deceptive messages to other users
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other users via DMs, forum, or any feature
- Post fraudulent marketplace listings or misleading product descriptions
- Impersonate other users, site administrators, or public figures
- Share others' personal information (doxxing)
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the Site's data or code for commercial purposes
- Circumvent block lists, bans, or other safety measures
21. Enforcement & Penalties
Violations of these Terms may result in:
- Content removal (posts, listings, messages)
- Point and ticket forfeiture
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account ban
- Reporting to law enforcement for illegal activity
We reserve sole discretion in determining violations and appropriate penalties.
22. Progressive Web App (PWA)
The Site is available as a Progressive Web App that can be installed on mobile and desktop devices. The PWA caches content for offline access. By installing the PWA, you agree that cached data is stored locally on your device and is subject to your device's storage policies.
23. Third-Party Services & APIs
The Site integrates with third-party services including:
- Firebase (authentication, data storage, messaging)
- Google, Twitter/X, GitHub, Facebook (sign-in providers)
- Nostr protocol (NIP-07 authentication via browser extensions)
- LNURL-auth protocol (Lightning wallet authentication)
- Cloudflare (Workers AI for Nacho, Turnstile on sats claims, and our chat bridge)
- Alby (Nostr Wallet Connect) for Lightning payouts we send, and your own WebLN or NWC wallet for tips you send
- YouTube (Timechain TV embeds) and Wavlake (optional music player)
- Telegram (GGs chat and Global Chat messages are mirrored to the public Telegram group)
- mempool.space API (live Bitcoin price, block height, fee data)
- GitHub Pages (hosting)
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
24. Your First Bitcoin Purchase & Referral Links
- The "Your First Bitcoin Purchase" guide provides general educational guidance — it is not financial advice
- Exchange recommendations are curated opinions, not endorsements. We do not guarantee the safety, legality, or availability of any listed exchange in your jurisdiction
- Referral links may provide bonuses to both you and the site operator. This is disclosed alongside each referral
- Clicking referral links takes you to third-party sites governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies
- We are not responsible for any losses, fees, or issues arising from your use of third-party exchanges
- Always verify exchange availability and regulatory status in your country before signing up
- The guide includes educational information about Bitcoin addresses (Legacy, SegWit, Native SegWit), private keys, seed phrases, passphrases, and multisig — this is general education, not security advice for your specific situation
- Example keys, addresses, and seed phrases shown in the guide are for illustration only — never use example keys found online for real funds
25. Nacho's Trails & Certifications
- Trail exams test knowledge of curated archive content — questions are not comprehensive Bitcoin certification
- Scholar Certification is an achievement within this site only — it does not constitute a professional credential
- Scholar and Protocol Expert certificates are issued only after the server has recorded a passing exam for that certification. A profile flag is not enough, and passing again does not award the exam XP a second time
- Shareable certificate links are publicly accessible by design. By generating a certificate, you consent to your username and score being viewable at the verification URL
- We reserve the right to revoke certificates obtained through cheating or exploitation
26. Bitcoin Buddy
- Bitcoin Buddy is a voluntary matching system — you choose to join the pool
- We match teachers with learners only. Same-goal matching is not supported
- Your username, experience level, goal, and optional intro are shared with your matched buddy
- Standard community conduct rules (Section 18) apply to all buddy conversations
- We are not responsible for the quality of mentorship or learning provided by other users
- Unmatched pool entries are deleted after 30 days
27. Top Indicators Dashboard
- All indicators are calculated client-side from publicly available data (CoinGecko API) and are for educational and informational purposes only
- Indicator values, thresholds, and signals are not financial advice and should not be used as the sole basis for investment decisions
- Static data (MSTR holdings, ETF data) is updated periodically and may not reflect real-time values
- We make no guarantees about the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of dashboard data
27a. Price Predictions
- Price Predictions is a daily game where signed-in users predict whether Bitcoin's price will be higher or lower after a set period
- Predictions are resolved server-side via a Cloud Function — the client cannot influence the outcome
- Correct predictions contribute to your accuracy streak and may award badge progress
- Price Predictions are for entertainment and educational purposes only. They are not financial advice and should not inform any real investment decisions
- Price data used for resolution is sourced from public third-party APIs and may differ from other data sources. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or timeliness of resolution prices
- We reserve the right to pause, modify, or remove the Price Predictions feature at any time
28. Sats Faucet (Claim Sats)
- Sats (satoshis) are earned through genuine engagement with the Site's educational content — they are not purchased, traded, or invested
- The sats faucet is an educational reward program, not a financial service. 603BTC LLC is not a money transmitter, bank, or financial institution
- All claims are subject to the following limits: minimum 100 sats per claim, maximum 200 sats per day, lifetime cap of 15,000 sats per user, and a 24-hour cooldown between claims
- XP converts to sats at a fixed rate of 10 XP = 1 sat. Daily XP earning follows the cap in Section 5
- Lightning Network routing fees are deducted from claims — the amount you receive may be slightly less than the amount claimed
- Payouts are processed via the Lightning Network through Alby Hub NWC to the Lightning Address saved on your account. That address is permanent. If you ever need to change it, contact support at info.603btc@gmail.com. You can set a fresh address once when the saved one is missing or does not resolve
- Eligibility requirements: account age ≥7 days, ≥10 topics read, verified email address
- We reserve the right to pause, modify, or permanently disable the sats faucet at any time, with or without notice
- There is no guarantee of sats availability — the faucet may be empty or temporarily offline at any time
- Abuse of the faucet — including but not limited to multi-accounting, bot farming, exploiting bugs, or any attempt to circumvent limits — will result in permanent ban from the faucet and may result in full account suspension
- Points have no cash value outside of the claim system. Points cannot be sold, traded, or transferred between users
- Sats distributed through the faucet are gifts/rewards for educational participation. Tax obligations, if any, are the sole responsibility of the recipient
- 603BTC LLC makes no representations regarding the future value of Bitcoin or satoshis received through the faucet
⚠️ Anti-abuse: We may detect abuse of rewards, chat, referrals, or other features. If we do, we may refuse a reward, reverse XP, tickets, or sats, or suspend or ban an account. We do not publish how those checks work. We use App Check to help block automated abuse. Requests that fail a check are rejected.
29. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Content on the Site is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Live price data, fee estimates, market indicators, and cycle signals are for informational purposes only. LightningMart transactions are between users — we provide no warranties regarding listed items. Exchange recommendations and referral links are not endorsements. Always do your own research before making any financial decisions.
30. Limitation of Liability
Bitcoin Education Archive and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or account information
- Loss of funds from marketplace transactions or scams
- Loss of Bitcoin, satoshis, or any property resulting from a scam, fraud, deception, social engineering, or dispute between users — including via Direct Messages, LightningMart, Global Chat, or any other on-site communication feature. User-to-user interactions are entirely the responsibility of those users.
- Loss of XP, points, streaks, badges, or rank due to technical issues, policy enforcement, account actions, or exploits by other users
- User error of any kind, including but not limited to: sending Bitcoin to the wrong address, losing seed phrases, misconfiguring a Lightning wallet, accidentally donating XP, or any other action taken by the user on or off the platform
- Any incident, injury, loss, or dispute arising from IRL Sync events or meetups organized by users
- Reliance on any content, data, or information presented on the Site, including Bitcoin market indicators and price data
- Harm caused by other users via messages, forum posts, or marketplace listings
- Any decisions made based on information presented on the Site
- Interruption or unavailability of the Site, Firebase services, Lightning Network infrastructure, or any third-party service the Site depends on
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bitcoin Education Archive's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Site or these Terms shall not exceed zero US dollars ($0.00). The Site is provided free of charge; your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Site.
30. Privacy
We collect minimal data to power your experience. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
30a. Cookies & Local Storage
We take a minimal, privacy-first approach to browser storage. Here is an exact breakdown of what we store and why:
Cookies: We set one first-party cookie under normal operation — googtrans — used solely to remember your Google Translate language selection. If you do not use Google Translate, this cookie is never set. Firebase Authentication may set a short-lived __session cookie to manage your sign-in state; it contains no personal data beyond an opaque auth token and is cleared on sign-out. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics that profile your browsing (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel). A separate device hash may be used for abuse checks, as described in the Privacy Policy. That is not an advertising fingerprint.
Because we do not use non-essential cookies, no cookie consent banner is required under GDPR/ePrivacy rules.
Browser localStorage: The majority of your in-app state — theme preferences, audio settings, streak data, badge cache, quiz history, PVP results, daily spin timestamps, onboarding progress, and Lightning wallet connection settings — is stored in your browser's localStorage, entirely on your device. This data is never transmitted to us unless you create an account, at which point profile fields sync to Firebase. Your NWC connection method and relay URL are stored in localStorage. The NWC secret is stored in sessionStorage and cleared when the tab closes. That secret is sent to your wallet or relay when you pay. We do not store it on our servers. Nacho's on-screen position and minimized state (btc_nacho_position, btc_nacho_toggle_position, and btc_nacho_hidden) stay on this device and are never sent to our servers.
You can clear your localStorage at any time via your browser settings, which will reset local app preferences and cached progress. Signed-in account data (XP, wallet balance, posts) stored in Firebase is unaffected by a localStorage clear.
Service Worker Cache: The Site operates as a Progressive Web App (PWA). A service worker caches static app assets (scripts, stylesheets, images) on your device for offline access. This cache contains no personal data and can be cleared via your browser's “Clear site data” function.
For a full technical breakdown, see the Cookies & Local Storage section of our Privacy Policy.
31. Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk.
32. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will note the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
33. DMCA Copyright Policy
We respond to copyright infringement claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. For full details on submitting takedown notices, counter-notifications, and our repeat infringer policy, see our DMCA Copyright Policy.
